Class Description

Due to the immense popularity of our All About Cheese class (thank you, thank you, thank you!), I am VERY proud to introduce our ALL ABOUT CHEESE 2 class. This time we will be tackling the creation of cow, goat AND sheep’s milk cheeses and some fun, fan favorites like Beer Cheese Dip and Deep-Fried Cheddar Cheese Curds (which we’ll enjoy hot and fresh). At the end of class, you will take home a portion of each dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress. You do not need to have taken All About Cheese 1 before taking this class.
