Class Description

New in 2020! We ALL love cheese. There, I said it!  Truly, what’s not to love? The glorious gooey goodness is divine. In this unique and thoroughly enjoyable class, you will have hands on instruction for making your own cheese and cheese filled dishes. We start by each making Mozzarella and Ricotta. We also create Fondue Savoyarde, a classic originating from the French region of our beloved owner Blandine, and a classic cheesy dish from my neck of the woods. You will take home a portion of each creation as well as your own customized pizza (using the prepared pizza dough we sell right here at The French Kitchen).  This is a great class for beginners and experienced cooks alike.
