This is my most popular class to date! We ALL love cheese. Truly, what’s not to love? The glorious gooey goodness is divine. In this class, you will stir, stir, stir your way through the chemical process of creating cheese and cheese filled dishes. Make Mozzarella and Ricotta! Then, create Fondue Savoyarde, a classic originating from the French region of our beloved owner Blandine, and a classic cheesy dish from my neck of the woods. You will take home a portion of each creation as well as your own customized pizza (using the prepared pizza dough we sell right here at The French Kitchen). This is a great class for beginners and experienced cooks alike. Are you drooling yet?! At the end of class, we’ll dine on fondue then you will take home a portion of the other dishes as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
