Class Description
New to 2024! Who doesn’t like to throw dinner together with their instant pot? In this class, we will make dishes that used to take hours to make in about 1 hour! We will make a few of my favorite dishes in this class. Hong Kong Tomato Beef is an easy and hearty dish that can be served with rice or noodles. We can’t go wrong with a quick and easy Butter Chicken served with fresh made Naan bread. Bo Kho or Vietnamese Beef Stew is one of my family favorite meals on a cold evening! It is a hearty stew that is simply served with a nice crusty baguette! Orange Chicken is a simple dish that can quickly be made in an instant pot. With this recipe, we will use whole chicken thighs and fresh oranges to make a light, but healthy Chinese take-out favorites!
