What to expect in my classes:

*In my class we will be working in pairs to create a few dishes. I will show you time-saving tips, shortcuts, and things that I’ve learned over the years.
*We will go over the ingredients, substitutions, where to buy, and how to select the ingredients.
*We will prep all of our ingredients, which means peeling, chopping, and marinating. We will master the art of “mis-en-place” together.
*We will go through the entire cooking process together and then we will sit down around the kitchen table and sample all of the food we’ve made during class.
*At the end of class, I will share with you how I usually eat with my friends and family, and answer any questions you may have for me and you will take home shared portions of your culinary creations to enjoy later.
*We will have fun, you will laugh, I will share many stories and tips with you. My hope is that you will go home with the skills and knowledge to recreate the dishes from my home kitchen with confidence and to share many happy meals with your family and friends.
