Class Description

Enjoy a culinary celebration of Beaujolais with a hand-selected food pairing menu by Chef Hogan, while Chef Jason walks you through every flavor and dimension of this world-famous, fresh, and fruity sipper. Every November, wine lovers celebrate this brilliant young wine that goes from field to bottle to table in only 2 months and produces the loveliest pinky-purple hue. Easily drinkable with many meals (making it perfect for the Thanksgiving table) with cotton candy on the nose and candied apple on the pallet. In this 1-hour class, students will taste, compare, and even get their very own bottle to take home! Let’s celebrate together, shall we?
