Together, we use a variety of pieces to create outstanding dishes like Meatballs & Stroganoff and a fancy Roulade of Flank Steak. We also utilize different beef cooking techniques such as searing and braising. At the end of class, you will take home a portion of each dish that was created as well as a confident new attitude toward buying beef for your dinner.
