Allow me to cordially invite you to the first of many fun and educational beer tastings featuring some big surprises, not only in the beers themselves, but also in how well they pair with food. Colorado is completely packed with greatness in the brewing tradition, and it is my honor and pleasure to introduce a small sampling of this. I have carefully curated a list that highlights many different styles and flavors, and we will taste them with little bites that will contrast, elevate, and surprise your palate.
