Class Description

New in 2020! In the kitchen, confident knife skills help to speed the process of cooking and makes the experience safer and more beautiful. In this class, we will cover proper holding, cleaning and sharpening of your blade. We explore several techniques to improve efficiency, using potatoes, onions and other easy to find vegetables. Be ready to chop, cut, mince, dice and julienne… Then, the fun really starts.  Nothing goes to waste here at The French Kitchen. We will use these ingredients in a fun and creative team culinary creation.

In this class, many items will be sampled but only remains from the team creation will be sent home.
