Class Description

New in 2025! Cooking with white wine adds a depth of flavor not possible with other ingredients.  White wine is often overlooked and under-appreciated, but we’re here to celebrate and shine a light on this fantastic ingredient! Whether dry, sweet, or brightly acidic, this class will focus on how to uncork everything vin Blanc has to offer. From deglazing your pan for a delicious butter sauce to creating a cream sauce for sautéed shrimp, we will cover it all! You’ll want to raise a glass when you see the creations you will be taking home, and sampling at the end of class!
