New in 2024! Brunch eh? Do I really need another class to tell me how to cook eggs and French toast? Yes, because this brunch-centric class focuses on bold flavors, vibrant presentations, and of course solid cooking techniques. We go beyond the brunch buffet basics to show you that brunch is not the stuffy sit-down experience you think of from a high-end establishment. Brunch can be exciting, engaging, and easy to prepare. In class we will be tackling dishes that can be served any time of the day… brunch isn’t just for brunch anymore. We will be enjoying some of our food throughout class with plenty to take home.
