Class Description

In this class, we will learn to artfully arrange cheeses and meats into something worthy of the ‘gram. Whether you post it or not the boards you take home will hopefully inspire you for your next dinner or holiday party to make a display that makes people put down their drink and load up their plate. We will cook some accompaniments for our board and fill in the spaces with fresh fruit, dried fruit, and crackers. Each student will take home their own boards to enjoy and share… if you want.

Note: Only TFK baguette and butter will be served during class.
