Class Description

New in 2025! Colorado farmers and ranchers take great pride in their annual harvest, as well they should! It’s hard to grow things out here on the plains and in the mountains, but the rewards are very sweet. This limited and exclusive class takes advantage of the peak season for this magical state. As much as possible, we’ll cram these recipes with all things Colorado Proud. At the end of class, we will enjoy a delicious meal together. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag-worthy recipes to recreate and impress.

This is a seasonal class that only takes place in August.
