Class Description

New for 2024! Influenced by both dairy-rich foods in the north to lighter Mediterranean-based dishes in the south, Italy has a wide-ranging culinary palate. It would be impossible to cut a wide enough swath in this class to cover all that Italian cuisine has to offer. That being said we wanted to cover some easy recipes that you make over and over to delight the palates of friends and family. Bakers in this class might want to check out Chef Nate’s Italian Breads class. Let TFK give you the “boot” start to your own food journey through the Cucina Italiana. Students will take home a portion of each dish as well as delicious recipes to recreate in the comfort of their own homes. Please note the technique of fresh pasta is not taught in this class. You can take our Pasta Proficiency class to learn to make fresh pasta!
