Class Description
New for 2024! They say opposites attract and if you believe the Hallmark movie of the week the Big City executive always falls for the hometown friend when they unexpectedly need to return to where they grew up. Corny or not we all have a soft spot for those kinds of happy endings. We also have place in our hearts for comforting foods that have dynamic and contrasting flavors. In this Valentine’s themed class, Chef Nate will guide participants in making a delicious four-course menu that explores contrasts in flavor profiles, textures, and ingredient pairings… including wine! Together, we will be staging all the social media-worthy photos as we spend a little extra time focusing on perfect plating (especially our decadent dessert!).
Please come and join Chef Nate for what is sure to be a romantic evening for couples full of culinary guidance, fun, and a few jokes.
Please note that some menus may include dishes that appear or will appear in other classes. In this class there is less preparation and less food to take home, but much more time at the table to enjoy your meal with others. Our Chef will be enjoying the meal with everyone! (All food will be served on-site. Any uneaten portions will be taken home.)
