Class Description

New for 2025! In this day and age of food-based social media content, fast shipping, and specialty grocery store ingredients, recipes from around the world are more accessible and familiar than ever. Chef Nate’s love of Indo-Asian ingredients is no secret and so he’s written a menu to share this love through familiar dishes with dynamic global flavors. In this Valentine’s themed class, Chef Nate will guide participants in making a delicious four-course menu that explores contrasts in flavor profiles, textures, and ingredient pairings… including wine! Together, we will be staging all the social media-worthy photos as we spend a little extra time focusing on perfect plating.

Please come and join Chef Nate for what is sure to be a romantic evening for couples, partners, spouses, or good friends full of culinary guidance, fun, and a few jokes.

In this class there is less preparation and less food to take home, but much more time at the table to enjoy your meal with others. Our Chef will be enjoying the meal with everyone! (All food will be served on-site. Any uneaten portions will be taken home.)
