Class Description

There is nothing like going to a Dim Sum Restaurant and eating up all of the yummy dumplings and baos being pushed by your tables in little carts. In this class, we will learn how to make our own baos from scratch including Char Sui Pork to fill our baos, Sui Mai, and Mandu.  We will make two different doughs in this class, we will make a milk bread dough to make our baked buns and then we will learn how to make a gua bao dough to make our steam buns.   Once you learn some of these basic recipes, you can make your own dumplings at home to share with your family and friends anytime!
