Class Description

New to 2024! I am a working Mom with two kids still at home. Most of the time after work I just want to make a quick dinner that is both tasty and healthy. In this class, you will learn how to make easy asian dinners that can be done within an hour.  All of the recipes are kids approved and they are super tasty! I am Vietnamese and I grew up eating Bo Luc Lac or Shaking Beef with my parents for dinner. This dish is so tasty and healthy when served over a bed of green salad and Garlic Fried Rice as a side. On days when it is a one-pot meal, I often make my Japanese Chicken Curry that is simple and can be done in minutes! When you feel like a quick easy noodle dish that you can either eat cold or warm, my go-to is the Chicken Soba Noodles. This is perfect when there are leftovers to take for lunch the next day! On days when you just feel like having a quick vegetable stir fry, my easy go-to is a simple Napa Cabbage Stir Fry to eat with a side of hot Jasmine rice!
