Class Description
New to 2024! I love Chinese food! Surprisingly a lot of the take-outs can be made at home! When you make it at home, it is healthier, tastier, and the best part is no MSG! In this class, we will make some of my family favorites! We will make Sweet and Sour Chicken my way. It is light, not breaded and deep fried. One of my favorite takeout soups has to be hot and sour soup! I learned how to make this dish from a friend and it is so easy and good! We will learn how to make an easy fried rice to go with our soup. Then we will make one of my Mom’s favorite noodle dishes, a pan-fried noodle dish! Growing up, this was not my favorite at all, but it has grown on me as an adult. My children actually love this dish, so we’ve been eating it quite a lot for dinner!
