Class Description
New for 2024! If you want 4 delicious éclairs that are easy to make, the French Kitchen will show you the way. In class students will learn how to make perfect choux paste and pipe beautiful éclairs. After baking, the class will finish them with delectable fillings, piped chantilly, and crunchy candied nuts to make 4 unique éclairs. In class we will have enough time to flex our decorative muscles and make these éclairs so pretty you may not want to eat them. Students will have the opportunity to eat one of their creations in class and take the remainder home. Be careful who you show these to or they might disappear!
