New for 2023! One of the most popular foods in the western hemisphere, the humble but delectable taco has most definitely seen some over-the-top upgrades in recent times. We’ll use traditional methods to boost the fresh flavor, like made-from-scratch tortillas, (sooo much better than what’s in the supermarket), and bring fusion condiments and flavors to this fantastic eating tradition, (green papaya, grilled pineapple). Taco Tuesday has never been so exciting!
At the end of class we will tuck in to these mix and match, “build your own adventure” creations, and send everyone home with a bit of everything.
