Class Description
New for 2025! From the horn of Africa comes bold flavors, rich histories, and a tangy naturally gluten-free flatbread that doubles as a utensil. Ethiopian food is a melting pot of 3000 years of culture and 80 different ethnic groups. Chef Nate navigates the class through some tasty dishes and cross-cultural flavor similarities to make Ethiopian food more accessible and approachable. We will make a quick version of the well-known Injera bread as well as taste it against the real thing.
Students will taste their way through the class but will take most of the food home with them to enjoy several more meals as well as the recipes and confidence to recreate them at home.
