Class Description
New for 2024! Have you ever felt like Phyllo is too hard to work with? “Chef, it’s too thin and fragile and I can’t be bothered.” Is it even worth it? YES!! Chef Nate will give you the tips, tricks, and skills to master this thinnest of doughs. Taking a trip through sweet and savory, students will understand that patience is key, moisture is critical, and copious amounts of butter, as always, is not optional 😉. Once able to tackle this class, students will leave with the confidence to wrap anything in phyllo. We will not be making phyllo in class.
At the end of class, we will enjoy one of our creations and will be taking 7 other delectably sweet and savory creations home to have for dinner or as a car snack. Don’t worry, I won’t tell your loved ones where the crumbs came from.
