Class Description

New for 2024! “My dad says he is on a seafood diet…yeah whenever he sees food, he eats it.” Jokes aside, fish and shellfish are some of the hardest sets of proteins to cook correctly and therefore seafood gets a bad rap as something that is too hard for everyday cuisine. In this class we will show you the delicacies of preparing, seasoning, and cooking seafood. Many world cuisines feature fish or shellfish in some form, so it is imperative that the savvy cook has the tips and tricks to do it right. Students will leave with a base knowledge and the confidence to cook other seafood dishes. In this class, we will enjoy one of our creations and take the remainder home. “Don’t be shellfish, share your food.”
