New in 2023! This class is perfect for friends who enjoy cooking together but also for those who want to meet and socialize. Together, we will prepare a 5-course meal (class also includes a cheese tray, bread, AND wine!), then we will dine like Kings and Queens. Even Chef Janon will get to join in on the fun as we plate course by course!
This year, we are focusing on seasonality – highlighting the freshest and most readily available produce and products. Plus, another new addition for 2023, elegant plated desserts! Together, we will be staging all the social media-worthy photos as we spend a little extra time focusing on perfect plating (especially our decadent desserts!).
Act fast because you only have a limited number of opportunities to enjoy each menu before the weather changes. Please note that some menus may include dishes that appear in other classes. In the “Fix & Feast” series, there is less preparation and less food to take home, but much more time at the table to enjoy your meal with others. Our Chef will be enjoying the meal with everyone! (All food will be served on-site. Any uneaten portions will be taken home.)
