Class Description
New for 2025! The French Kitchen is bringing you quick, easy, and cookbook-worthy (according to Blandine) party bites previously only reserved for Private Events.
If carrots really do make your eyesight better then you should be able to see a flea dancing on a pin on top of Pike’s Peak after this class. Roasted, pureed, or shaved carrots provide a wonderful sweetness that needs to be carefully balanced to not be overpowered by other ingredients. Working in groups with Chef Nate students will produce three carrot bites that not only work well together but could also stand alone in larger format dishes.
The trios are meant to be eaten in class for maximum freshness. You are welcome to take food home if you do not finish eating.
