Class Description

New for 2025! How could something so rich and decadent also feel so light and ethereal at the same time? With a few common ingredients, a little bit of technique and the patience you can impress the chocolate fiend in your life with this luscious dark chocolate mouse. In class we will go over a quick berry coulis to not only elevate your mousse game but also a multitude of other desserts as well.
