FLASH CLASS-Cookie Croissant

Class Description

New for 2025! In this fast and furious class, students will be shown how to make our signature chocolate chip cookie dough and an easy almond cream. Students will be given both fillings to choose which to place inside 2 croissants and bake them to warm gooey perfection. Students will be able to customize their cookie croissants with a few secret ingredients. Students will not learn how to make croissants in this class, but if you want to take the plunge check out Chef Nate’s Croissants class.
