Class Description
New for 2025! With a super light, tender interior and irresistibly crisp edges this staple of French bakeries is sublimity in physical form. In this class we will make a super classic vanilla Madeleine and a savory Madeleine ready for any appetizer or snack table. We will also explore the difference in baking powder as we use Alsa, a single acting baking powder from France, as opposed to the double acting American baking powder.
Everyone will leave with 4 of each freshly baked Madeleines, a tasting portion of each as well as a free packet of French Baking powder to experiment with at home.
