New for 2025! The French Kitchen is bringing you quick, easy, and cookbook-worthy (according to Blandine) party bites previously only reserved for Private Events.

Once considered to be poison, these multicolored fruits are one of the most ubiquitous species of the nightshade family. Summertime and fresh tomatoes go hand in hand like, well, uh bread and butter? Working in groups, you will explore with Chef Nate three tasty treats all made with tomatoes, plus a whole host of other ideas to whet your culinary whistle. So buy a ticket and come aboard the tomato train, woo, woo! This is a seasonal class that only takes place in August.

The trios are meant to be eaten in class for maximum freshness. You are welcome to take food home if you do not finish eating.
