Class Description

As we continue to highlight French culinary impact throughout the globe, our French Caribbean class is a celebration of the flavors, plants and spices that drew explorers to this part of the planet so many years ago. The sweet, the heat, all gloriously acknowledged. We even have Chef Hogan’s insanely amazing recipe for Heart of Palm Cakes (Vegan!) which we will enjoy at the end of class. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
