Class Description

New for 2024! Why do mangos have such a large seed and how do I get around it? In this fruit mini-series second part, Chef Nate tackles the varieties of ways to use mango to produce delectable and refreshing sweet desserts and savory applications that are as good on a rainy day in Colorado as a warm tropical day in the Caribbean. We will also be noting and talking to the point that mango always seems to show up in desserts. Does the mango deserve a spot in the lineup of fruits for savory dishes as well? Easy answer, yes!

During class we will be working on a variety of sweet and savory applications of mango to tempt the tastebuds that we will take home to friends and family. We will be enjoying our chips and salsa at the end of class while we discuss our favorite mango recipes.

You don’t have to sign up for all the classes in the series, pick and choose as you desire.

This is a seasonal class that only takes place from May to September.
