New for 2024! Part 3 in the mini-series tackles the apple adage, “not just for pies anymore”. Sometimes thought of as a fall fruit, Chef Nate is under the strong opinion that apples can be enjoyed all year long and not just be relegated to the sad school year sack lunch or “hand fruit” display. With innumerable varietals and a myriad of favor pairings, the apple is the jack of all trades in the sweet or savory kitchen. Exploring tart and tangy, spiced, spicy, or sweet we will make apple dishes that you will be taking home and making your own.
Throughout class students will generate 8 unique dishes to take home as well as bonus tidbits that Chef Nate adapts to every class to really bring the material to life.
You don’t have to sign up for all the classes in the series, pick and choose as you desire.
This is a seasonal class that only takes place from October to April.
