Class Description
New for 2024! The fourth and final installment in the 2024 Fruit Mini-series focuses on one of the very few naturally occurring blue foods. Like the fruit itself, participants in class won’t be blue for long, in fact, the bright bursts of tart freshness will uplift even the dullest of days. In class, we mix, mingle, and macerate blueberries and other ingredients to enjoy the breadth of what the humble blueberry has to offer. Participants will learn crucial cooking techniques like mixing methods, dehydration, and temperature manipulation.
As a part of class students will produce 8 different blueberry-centric recipes that are guaranteed not to last when they get home, if they even make it home. 😉
You don’t have to sign up for all the classes in the series, pick and choose as you desire.
This is a seasonal class that only takes place from May to September.
