Class Description

New for 2024! What happens when Korean barbecued beef finds its way into a taco? Can a slider be Indian? What would a caprese salad look like in Vietnam? We will answer these questions and more in this class, where we mix and match different cuisines to create surprising and delightful flavors. Join me on a true “melting pot” adventure into the fun and exciting world of fusion, (not “con-fusion”), cuisine!
There will be some taste adventures to explore in class, as well as several fun multi-cultural dishes to take home.
