Hungry, but don’t really feel like cooking? Have I got the class for you. This one isn’t really even a “cooking” class at all, as we won’t apply heat to anything. This is the purest form of delicacy in cuisine, utilizing the ingredients at hand with an eye for their unadulterated flavors and beauty. Learn about the health benefits of raw cuisine, as well as how to prepare and serve it with confidence.

There will be a raw food-feeding frenzy available at the end of class, with select items available to take home also.
