Class Description
New for 2024! Sometimes sequels don’t live up to the original… in this case, it might overshoot the popularity of the original. In this class, Chef Nate takes you on another journey to the Indian Subcontinent with a specific focus on street foods. Chaat is a generic term for a multitude of bites with different textures, temperatures, flavors, and colors. We will learn a bit about these bite-sized snacks all the while being mindful of presentation as well as flavors. At the end of class, we will sit down and enjoy one of our creations as well as a cup of warm Masala Chai.
