Class Description

CUTTING! That’s what this class is all about! I will show you all of my tricks to cut faster, safer, and more efficiently. The goal is for you to leave this class confident with your knife skills. Be ready to chop, cut, mince, dice, and julienne… using a large variety of products like bell peppers, cucumbers, onions, carrots, potatoes, shallots, apples, garlic, mint, dill, and oregano. We will also quickly cover the sharpening of your blade. Cooking will be done by the class assistant but eating will be done by you at the end of the class, with everything prepared, to reward your hard work.
