Class Description
New for 2025! In Louisiana we have a tradition, lagniappe (lahn-yap). It means to give something extra. It is in this vernacular that I bring you Louisiana Envie 2. We’ll make a couple more New Orleans classic recipes, but also explore some lesser-known delicacies. Barbecue without a grill, New Orleans breakfast stew, native American Creole food? Find out all about these things, and more!
You’ll have plenty to share with your friends and loved ones, (but you probably won’t want to!). We will indulge in dessert in the classroom!
