Class Description
New for 2025! I first developed a passion for cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen, as she was the epitome of the fantastic southern cook. Come along with me while I take a walk down memory lane and pay homage to my Southern heritage. These recipes are the ones that I helped prepare and fell in love with as a small child. “Luscious” was always Ethel’s favorite descriptor for great food.
In keeping with Grandmom’s tradition, there are generous amounts of food to bring home and make you smile. We’ll have plenty of napkins at the table for the end of class, because tasting may get a little messy!
