Class Description
Discontinued in 2024! Nothing compares to Morocco when it comes to culinary influences. The country’s geographic location and history have allowed it to borrow from many different food traditions to create dishes that are as unique as they are tasty. Andalusian, Berber, Mediterranean, Northern Sahara, and European influences are forever tied to this magical place. In fact, our very own Chef Blandine grew up with the Lamb Tagine that we teach in this class. Come explore the wide range of flavors and styles found in this melting pot country. Following an after-class feast you’ll get to take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
