Class Description
New in 2025! As I am preparing for my own kids to leave the nest very soon, I am thinking of ways to prepare them for success when they are on their own. In this class, we will learn the basics of the kitchen. Basic knife skills, basic kitchen skills, such as how to cook eggs, how to cook pasta and rice, how to clean and prepare vegetables, etc. I will share a few very easy recipes to get started. Since this is a skill class, we will be very hands-on with knives and cooking. I will share seven easy recipes with five or less ingredients that can be done in under 30 minutes.
