Class Description
New for 2025! The cabbage paste strikes again, this time he’s ganged up with puff pastry for some sumptuously stunning selections. Alliteration aside these savory spins on Pate Choux will expand both your appetizer game as well as giving you more practice on Pate a Choux. Students will learn to make pate a choux as well as work with puff pastry. We will not make puff pastry in class, if you would like to learn more about that take Chef Nate’s Quick Puff Pastry.
We will enjoy one of our creations in class, but students will take some of each of the remaining dishes to enjoy later as well as the recipes to recreate the recipes for party bites that will lift your entertaining reputation.
