Class Description
New for 2024! In this technique-based class, we will learn how to make a perfect pasta dough. We will roll it, cook it, and sauce it to glorious effect. The class will help demystify fresh pasta and make it approachable to all. We will make 4 shapes of pasta out of the same dough. The sauces taught in this class may not impress a traditional Italian nonna but they darn sure will please the eyes and delight the palate.
At the end of class, we will enjoy a delicious meal together. Then take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag-worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
