Class Description

Discontinued in 2024! Football season is coming up and that means it’s time for appetizers! Now, don’t get us wrong, we love the occasional handheld classics, like wings, chips, and dips. But if you’re eating them week after week, they can get a little boring. Consider this Peruvian Savory Petit-Fours Class a much-need upgrade for your appetizer game. 

We’ll be taking some of my most-loved Peruvian dishes and making mini versions of them that are perfect for any type of get-together. That includes Tequenos de Lomo Saltado, a stir-fried beef that’s wrapped in wonton skins served with a guacamole dip. Or Triple de Pollo, Durazno y Jamon – mini layered sandwiches stuffed with chicken, ham, and peaches. And, of course, we’ll learn to create Lollipop Chicken the appetizer that’s easy to eat and packed with flavor thanks to a Huancaina Sauce. 

At the end of this class, we will be hosting a roller coaster ride for your taste buds with a tasting. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of samples to take home too!
