Class Description
New for 2024! Boom! You loved the croissants class, here comes another technique-driven class with lamination as a focal point. True puff pastry takes a lot longer than we would be able to accommodate in class so showing you the blitz or quick version will still satisfy that flaky pastry urge within you. In class, Chef Nate will take students through the step-by-step process of mixing dough and butter together and rolling and folding to gain layers and confidence. Students will also make a couple of sweet and a couple of savory recipes to show just a few more things you can do with puff pastry. Do you want to learn other fillings for puff pastry? At the end of class, students will take home a couple of meals, a couple of desserts, and raw laminated puff pastry to create their own flaky delectables.
