How would you like to make a traditional French Gourmet Cake called ROYAL? Even in France, most people buy it in a pastry shop instead of making it. Everyone can do it though; it will just take a little bit more time than traditional recipes. But once you try it, it will become a favorite! This Royal Cake is a triple layered chocolate cake serving 12 people (cake base, crunchy chocolate praline layer, chocolate mousse and fancy decorations). Everyone will make his or her own cake and take it home so we strongly recommend eating beforehand. The techniques learned in this class can be used for several other desserts.
