Class Description

New in 2021! You may have taken (or heard about) the marathon class we had on the classic French Mother Sauces. This class is NEW! Obviously, Sauces is a topic we want to cover in-depth and share all the fabulous techniques and variations, so we’ve decided to break it into 2 classes. This way each student gets an opportunity to hone their sauce-making techniques. Then, we will use our sauces to make delicious dishes that show off our saucy new skills.  At the end of class, you will take home a portion of each dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.

No prerequisites required. Take one Sauce class or take them both!
