Class Description

Before her time here at The French Kitchen, Chef Janon spent years training as a Butcher. Her ABSOLUTELY FAVORITE part of the job was when she had to make MILES of sausage. In this class, we are going to cover everything from buying, to grinding, to casing and twisting! We’ll even be making her ideal “last” meal, Cajun Boudin. At the end of class, we will enjoy a delicious meal together. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
