Class Description

We know you love our delectable, sweet treats here at The French Kitchen, but have you ever wondered how many glorious whole meals we can put inside a crust? Our world goes beyond just the quiche. We start by using our luxurious TFK frozen doughs, including our scratch made pizza dough, puff pastry and pate brisee as well as a couple of quick crusts that we will make during class. Then we stuff them with savory fillings that are PERFECT for any weekday meal. At the end of class, we will slice into one of these beauties to enjoy together. Then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
