In this class, we will prepare tender, flaky fish and delectable mollusks, from salmon to scallops, crab to muscles. We discuss and demonstrate proper cleaning and deboning techniques to make at home cooking a breeze. We fry, steam, slowly simmer and even “cook” using fruit acid. At the end of class, you will take home a portion of each dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
