Same name. New menu. This typically expensive protein does not have to be intimidating. In this class, we will prepare tender, flaky fish and delectable mollusks, from salmon to scallops and crab. We discuss and demonstrate proper cleaning and deboning techniques to make at home cooking a breeze. We fry, steam, slowly simmer and even “cook” using fruit acid. We will sample dishes throughout class, then you will take home a portion of each remaining dish as well as brag worthy recipes to recreate and impress.
